50+ Wu Style Tai Chi

This is a program for all interested individuals aged 50 and over.

Wu Style Tai Chi: Practicing this series of slow, circular movements can improve your balance, co-ordination, circulation and flexibility.

No experience necessary, beginners are welcome.

Cost: $55 for 6 weeks

Registration: at the first class you attend

Instruction provided by Mary Kennedy of Wu's Tai Chi Chu'an Academy, Fredericton.
